I am a professional testing trainer and coach who helps individuals and organisations to progress in quality.
In 8 years I delivered several dozen successful trainings that helped my students to achieve their goals, and their companies to improve the quality of both the product and the process.
I am very proud that many of my students have excelled me in various aspects, my trainings being the starting point for their future development.
Currently I work as a Test Lead at PwC New Zealand. I have more than 13 years of work experience in software testing, being responsible for testing of several successful applications in various domains – from medical to workforce management.
I am a keen follower and adept of Agile principles, and I truly believe that Agile is really Agile only if you tailor it to the specific needs of your project and your team.
Before moving to New Zealand, I worked as a Lead Software Test Engineer, Test and QA Manager in several international companies.
My main passion lies with testing, teaching and collaboration. "People matter" became her motto a long time ago. Leading by example is my favourite style of work.
I enjoy learning new things, sharing what I know with other people, and I am also very keen on applied psychology. I adore exploring new places and new people, hiking, reading and spending time with my wonderful family and friends.
